Apophasis: Episode 1 – Asking The Right Answers?

WELCOME TO THE DESERT OF THE UNREAL!

Welcome to my new podcast/free-thought sort of radio show. This is the pilot episode and if it turns out that there may be life forms out there listening and enjoying my thought processes and verbal antidotes, I may actually consider keeping it going and expand my horizons. (whatever that means)

The Meat Golems in The Hands of The Angry Gods

The wrath of The Gods is like great waters that is dammed for the present; they increase more and more, and rise higher and higher, ’till an outlet is given; and the longer the stream is stopped, the more rapid and mighty is its course, when once it is let loose. It is true, that scales of judgment against your degenerate deeds and ignorance has not been executed hitherto; the floods of the Gods’ vengeance have been withheld, but your corruption and degeneracy in the mean time is constantly increasing, and you are every day treasuring up more wrath. The waters are constantly rising, and waxing more and more mighty, and there is nothing, but the mere pleasure of The Gods, that holds the waters back, that are unwilling to be stopped, and press hard to go forward. If The Gods should only withdraw their hands from the flood-gate, it would immediately fly open, and the fiery floods of the fierceness and the wrath of The Gods, would rush forth with inconceivable fury, and would come upon them with omnipotent power; and if their strength were ten thousand times greater than it is, yea, ten thousand times greater than the strength of the stoutest, sturdiest and vile Demons in deepest abysses of the earth, it would be nothing to withstand or endure it.

The Psychic Chains of Our Bondage

Apart from technology, not much has changed in the last three thousand years in terms of how our minds are cultivated for social and political control purposes. Our consciousness – both collective and personal – is still being invaded via the art of extraneous “agents” and “ghosts” corralling our psyche into cultural, political and social enclosures. These methods and practices of our psychological enslavement have not changed since the time when our hysterical ancestors were spellbound by the parade of “idols” under the glow of blazing torches on their way to the Ishtar Gate in ancient Babylonia. Today, the same screams of ecstasy are delivered towards the parades of Hollywood “stars” walking along the red carpet to the Oscars –  under the glow of the spotlight. Nothing has changed. Nothing at all.

— Thomas Sheridan (The Anvil of The Psyche, 2012)

Behind My Window

Let me tell you a story…

I live close to the forest. To be exact, towards the forest, because about 100 metres from the building where I live, I can see the dense pines, hornbeam and other trees in the woods. Almost through the entire year, except during the most cold days, a bird singing can be heard from the branches of the trees. It is like the trees themselves are talking to one another.

A conversation with myself and The Devil

fancy_letter_i_28329 think if the Devil doesn’t exist, and man has created him, he had done so in his own image and likeness.

Is he real? He is as real as anything in a world of unrealities. People believe he is unreal. The Devil laughs and admits it. All is unreal! Being? What is it? A perception? What you see exists for you. If I am a delusion of your mind, you are also a delusion of mine, the Devil tells him. Each man exists in a solipsist universe in which he treats his delusions as realities. The logic suddenly explodes. Reason, tired of proceeding forward, tries to erupt out of the page.

Carl Gustav Jung – The 20th Century Gnostic

Carl Jung

carl-GUSTAV-JUNG-768x506

July 26, 1875 – June 6, 1961

Illuminated letter C arl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and founder of a neopsychoanalytic school of psychology, which he named Analytical Psychology.

Jung’s unique and broadly influential approach to psychology has emphasized understanding the psyche through exploring the worlds of dreams, art, mythology, world religion and philosophy. Although he was a theoretical psychologist and practicing clinician for most of his life, much of his life’s work was spent exploring other realms, including Eastern and Western philosophy, alchemy, astrology, sociology, as well as literature and the arts.

His most notable contributions include his concept of the psychological archetype, his theory of synchronicity and the collective unconscious – also known as “a reservoir of the experiences of our species.”

Jung emphasized the importance of balance and harmony. He cautioned that modern humans rely too heavily on science and logic and would benefit from integrating spirituality and appreciation of the unconscious realm. Jungian ideas are not typically included in curriculum of most major universities’ psychology departments, but are occasionally explored in humanities departments.

The Battle of Armageddon Has Been Raging for Centuries

Regardless of whether you are aware of this fact or not, whether you care or not—it does not change the fact that the Battle of Armageddon has already begun and you as an individual, and all of us in society are caught up in the middle of the greatest and most destructive conflict the human race has ever experienced. However, this version of the Battle of Armageddon is not a tangible battle of human slaughter and carnage taking place across the landscape of some rather uninspiring real estate in the Middle East—as was predicted in the Book of Revelations. Rather, this very real and destructive Battle of Armageddon is currently taking place right now in the domain of human consciousness—it is taking place within your own mind.

The Worship of Trees

This is a short artistic segment that I created and it is very much inspired by the philosophical side of Nature, trees, and the mysterious secrets of the runes. For the runes themselves are the secrets to all other secrets in the universe. Also, the video explores the profound and deep psychic states of our ancestors and the Druids and Prist class of the early ages and antiquity. It is also a tribute and aknowledgement to one of the greatest minds and thinkers in the field of Anthropology and Comparative Religion of the last century, Sir James George Frazer.

THE WORSHIP OF TREES

Are trees sacred? Did our ancestors worshiped them like living spirits and embraced them as a part of life? Let’s explore and dig into the deep and of the collective unconscious and the psyche of those people, and  of the fertile soil of the lands and vast European forests. Let us try to re-discover our hidden past and obscure roots and the meaning and purpose of it all. The text in the video is respectively taken from the book The Golden Bough by the Scottish Anthropologist and writer – Sir James George Frazer.  The footage that I took and used in the video, have been taken from the woodland area of the Northern part of Bulgaria. Right in the heart of my hometown of Veliko Tarnovo.
